Pradipta Ghosh
Pradipta Ghosh, MD
Dr. Ghosh obtained her medical degree from Christian Medical College, Vellore in India. She graduated in 2000 as the 'Best Outgoing Student in Medicine, Surgery' and 'Overall Best Outgoing Student' adjudged by the Indian Medical Association on a nationwide ranking. She started her career in science as a research associate training under Dr Stuart Kornfeld at the Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri in 2001 before beginning her internship and residency in Internal Medicine here at UCSD in 2003. Dr. Ghosh is currently in her final year with the UCSD Gastroenterology Fellowship Program and is working in the George Palade laboratories under the mentorship of Dr. Marilyn G. Farquhar.
